BALANCE – EXTENSION – GLIDE
StrokeFloat
3 layered swimming float with a double hand strap, which any level of swimmer can use for swimming drills.
The 3 different layers of buoyancy cater for all abilities and can be changed easily to perform a wide range of developmental swimming drills. The StrokeFloat creates buoyancy for single arm drills and side lateral kicking drills. These exercises will help to develop a swimmer’s core strength in the water, improving their full reach & full extension (distance per stroke) and general overall technique.
The StrokeFloat can also be used for normal kicking by holding it with two arms outstretched and hands in the centre straps. The centre straps are there to hold the swimmer’s hand or hands in place, so there is no need for grabbing the float like you would with a standard kickboard. Grabbing at the top or the bottom of the float causes the swimmer to tense up, becoming less buoyant and unbalanced in the water.
Children and adults can use it with a focus on developing balance, rotation and glide.
